Day one of being a vegan.
Breakfast: Smoothie (coconut water, honey crisp apple, spinach, baby kale, cup of blueberries, vitamineral green)
Lunch: 2 cups of green grapes, banana
Dinner: 12 oz original almond milk, handful of grapes, honey crisp apple, banana
All my food was organic, and of course purchased at whole foods.
Going vegan. Going raw. Committing myself to a lifestyle of pure health. Did it for a few days and I felt amazing!
