Breakfast: .25 cups of coconut yogurt,one cup of rasberries, banana, tea
Snack: one cup nuts, 16 oz silk milk
Snack: veggie straws (two handfuls)
Dinner: orange Bell pepper, avocado

Vegan Day #9

Breakfast: breakfast shake (vega protein, 16 oz almond milk)
Snack: oranges
Lumch: banana, kind bar
Snack: granny Smith apple
Snack: handful of nuts
Snack: one pear, two handful of raspberries

Vegan Day#8

Breakfast: 1/4 cup of oatmeal with one tablespoon of peanutbutter, green tea with lemon
Snack: pear
Lunch: kind bar, banana
Snack: granny Smith apple
Dinner: tomatoe, avocado, silk chocolate milk (12 oz)

Vegan Day #7

Breakfast: shake (coconut water, two apples, pear, vitamineral green)
Lunch: banana, handful of almonds, green tea with lemon
Snack: two handful of mixed nuts
Dinner:orange, 1/4 cup of oatmeal, green tea with lemon

Breakfast: shake (blueberries, apple, orange, coconut water)
Lunch: coconut yogurt with chia seeds
Snack: applesauce
Dinner: broccoli, Potatoe
Snack: tea

Vegan Day #5

Breakfast: Vega protein shake with 16 oz of almond milk
Lunch: yellow bell pepper, orange, green tea with lemon
Snack: granny Smith apple
Dinner: two small slices of vegan gluten free pizza, 8 oz silk milk
Snack: handful of mixed nuts, chocolate silk milk

Was hungry today. Need to work on my food a little better tomorrow!

Lunch:avocado and two tomatoes
Snack: two handful of nuts with green tea
Dinner: baked Potatoe and broccoli

Yesterday Vegan Day#3

Breakfast:vanilla spice tea, banana
Lunch:1/4 cup of so pasturized coconut milk, banana
Dinner:two small pieces of gluten free vegan pizza with basil and tomatoes, 8 oz almond milk
Snack: orange and banana, green tea with lemon

Vegan Day #2

Breakfast: Vega protein, almond milk
Lunch: two handful of mixed nuts, two handful of grapes
Snack:banana
Dinner: Potatoe pancakes (2.5) and 8 oz of almond milk
Snack: green tea with lemon

Feeling good and energetic.

Day #1 

Day one of being a vegan.

Breakfast: Smoothie (coconut water, honey crisp apple, spinach, baby kale, cup of blueberries, vitamineral green)

Lunch: 2 cups of green grapes, banana

Snack: banana

Dinner: 12 oz original almond milk, handful of grapes, honey crisp apple, banana

All my food was organic, and of course purchased at whole foods.

Going vegan. Going raw. Committing myself to a lifestyle of pure health. Did it for a few days and I felt amazing!
