Before you go to grab some food between meals (5 mini meals recommended), ask yourself if you’re really hungry. Most the time people are just thirsty, but their bodies trick them into thinking they’re hungry.
If you’ve drank some water and still seem hungry, you could just be tired. So take a 26 nap (best nap time to date).
If you STILL feel hungry grab a piece of fruit or a veggie - since not all of us get our servings anyways - so not only do you sustain yourself between meal but you do it in a healthy way! And eating something light, especially mid-afternoon will keep you on your A game :)
