kind of a bad day...
Breakfast: protein bar and coffee Lunch: protein bar and water and salad Dinner: water and apple bee’s ): ran for 40 minutes
Today eating wise was not too good, I ate dinner which was unhealthy and I went way over my daily calorie intake. But I did drink all 8 cups of water! Yay first day, and hopefully tomorrow will be just as good! Decided to post some more pictures - and currently...

a running mistake people make is breathing with their lungs, which leads to cramping. breathe with your stomache and focus on the diaphragm.
