Her heart - like every heart, if only its fallen sides were cleared away - was an inexhaustible fountain of love: she loved everything she saw.

Sugar intake….

“All sugars, including sucrose, or table sugar, and high-fructose corn syrup, which usually consists of almost equal portions of glucose and fructose, are converted into glucose, and stored as glycogen, in the body. Strenuous exercise diminishes or exhausts this liver glycogen, and until those stores are replenished, the body isn’t fully ready for another exercise bout.”

“drink or eat something sugary, and the muscles can keep working.”

However what the article stated was that sugar intake is good for a body in motion, however overloading on sports drinks and bars for beginners and avid athletes isn’t beneficial. So all in all, a little sugar is good just don’t go too crazy especially if you aren’t working out for two hours at a time.

Let go of anger. Let go of pride. When you are bound by nothing you go beyond sorrow.
